There are profound insights gained when we develop a relationship with our innate creativity. In order to do this, we must invite creativity in and spend time together so that we can feel safe with the infinite possibilities that creativity uncovers in us.
No Critiques
Unlike any other “art” class you have ever taken, this class is an invitation to explore the limitless possibilities of your creativity, free from critique, comparison, and the need to perform. Intuition Painting® moves us beyond our critical mind into intuitive flow so that your paintings become a visual diary for healing and growth.
Connection
Our soul narrates our deepest truth through imagery. These images come to help us with information we already have within us. Allowing our intuition to guide the painting process we create a sacred space for unspoken words, emotions and insights to emerge so we can reconnect with the parts of us that have been silenced or neglected.
Self – Care
From the comfort of my beautiful art studio, I will guide you in the liberating process of intuitive painting. Our sessions include visualization, creativity coaching, and guided meditations.
We will work together to release fears, quiet our inner critic, manage our need for control and so much more.
